Two worlds.
One remarkable rum.

For centuries, ships carried Caribbean rum across the Atlantic. On those long voyages, something remarkable happened: the rum changed, developed and often became even better in Europe’s cooler climate.

That discovery inspired us to take exceptional Dominican rum, double matured and aged for a minimum of five years, and finish it in Scotland with the skills of Scotch whisky craftsmen.

Larimar is a rare stone found only in the Dominican Republic. Its blue hues are said to resemble sunlight dancing beneath the Caribbean Sea. Its uniqueness and beauty inspire every rum we make — blue for the sea, red for the fire within each cask.

Aged Dominican rum finished in first-fill Bourbon barrels from Kentucky, which add buttery toffee and vanilla flavours. A warm meeting of tropical sweetness and oak.

Sweet vanilla and honey followed by soft nougat, toasted coconut and lemon zest hints.
